Running a little behind as usual but October was full of sports, birthdays, Halloween and more sports!
Both boys wrapped up their baseball seasons. It was fall ball so there is not a tournament or anything but from what I was told, Thomas' team finished in "2nd Place" and Conner's team finished somewhere in the top 3. I am proud of both of them for playing in a new league, where they didn't know anyone at the beginning of the season! They both improved a ton and made a bunch of new friends!
Both boys also wrapped up their soccer seasons as well. Conner is playing in the TSC Pre-Academy and having a lot of fun. He made a bunch of new friends this year and has become quite a good little player. Thomas played Rec soccer for the first time in years and did so awesome. His team had a rough start but ended up finishing in 3rd and narrowly missed making it into the Championship game!
Tinsley is still playing TSC soccer and her season wraps up in a few weeks! She has really come out of her shell on the soccer field and is doing great. She is fearless and aggressive and fun to watch!
Sullivan's soccer season is still going strong. They wrapped up league play, playing a year up, and finished in 4th place (I think). They recently played in our TSC Tournament and only gave up one goal all weekend but sadly lost in the finals in PKs. It was their first time doing PKs on a big 11v11 size goal so it was a great learning experience as they continue to grow into playing on the big field! Sullivan also started Middle School basketball practice! She made the JV team so is getting challenged by some bigger, older 7th graders!
Hudson's soccer season is also still going strong! They started their ECNL RL league play and have only lost 1 game so far! She is also starting to juggle that with Club Volleyball which is starting to pick up so her scheduled is jam packed! She also enjoyed her Middle School Volleyball Tournament where she was given the Blocking Award!
More importantly, Hudson turned THIRTEEN this month! We officially have a teenager. She opted for a small party - one friend and puppy yoga!!
Halloween was crazy fun as always in our big neighborhood! Sadly it was FREEZING on Halloween night so the little three didn't stay out too long but they collected plenty of candy! Even the dogs joined in on trick-or-treating this year!
We were also able to squeeze in a Vanderbilt soccer game, the USA Men's National team game and a few other fun outings!
Now on to November, which means more soccer, volleyball, basketball and Thanksgiving fun!
